I’m Shané K. Gooding, an award-winning professional Photographer and a proud mother of a young one who loves running fast when he’s not pretending to be Sonic the Hedgehog. I help people Affirm, Reconnect & Transform through the power of a portrait.
When working with me, clients enjoy a stress-free process and memorable experience that empowers them to unleash their best self.
I am also an exhibiting artist, former university educator, with an early career in the media industry that included Co-Producing a documentary that aired on PBS, who has been creating with a camera for 20 plus years.
As a self-described empath and laid back perfectionist, who’s sorta an introvert.
Oh, and I’m a grown adult addicted to gummy bears.

HOW THE CONVERSATION WORKS
In addition to your photo session, we ask you one question about you becoming you, to encourage a short conversation that offers you space to share a dash of your journey.
You share openly and unafraid to be vulnerable. Your short response will be recorded on video.

- 2 Looks

- Expert Posing & Direction
- Full Retouching
- Image Selection order session & In-person reveal session

What Your Experience Includes
A pre-session phone or zoom consultation to meet Shané. During your consultation we’ll discuss the “looks”, the feel & outfits to bring to your session or what you want to wear from our wardrobe rack.
FULLY GUIDED PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOOT
From head to toe you will be directed and guided on posing.
IMAGE SELECTION & IN-PERSON REVEAL SESSION
Some time after your photo session, you’ll schedule a time to select your favorites and have the option to order, upgrade and purchase custom wall art, if desired. The finishing touches will be applied and your images will be uploaded to a private gallery and your wall art or custom products will be ready for the big in-person reveal.
SPECIAL EXHIBIT
Participants in this series may be included in a special exhibit, magazine or long term book project in celebration of this project.
